SYNOPSIS:

Jarvis Scott (Robert Patrick) is a novel writer who finds 
inspiration for his new story from the domestic violence going 
on next door, and through his sexual involvement with his 
neighbour, Dani Payson (Teri Hatcher). This erotic thriller 
explores the dark side of Hollywood ambition and how far some 
will go to be successful. On Videoflicks.com it says, "An 
aspiring writer and a gorgeous actress push themselves to their 
limits in a dangerous game where everyone's a player, but 
nobody wins." 


MY THOUGHTS: 

The first time I saw this movie I thought it was a whole lot of 
cr**. But you just have to watch it again and again for 'those' 
sex scenes. I now absolutely love this vid. I've already seen 
it about 20 times. There again, that's what being a Robert 
Patrick fan is all about. The acting is great, the storyline is 
clever, the cast was well chosen. I particularly like the 
music - it would be called minimalist but I really feel it 
aptly matched the script. I would definitely invite the music 
guys to my dinner party - along with Robert Patrick of course! 
Not everyone's "cuppa tea" but it's a must in any RP 
collection.


RP'S INVOLVEMENT: 

RP has top billing with Teri Hatcher. Our Mr Patrick doesn't 
look like himself in this movie. His long hair and glasses take 
some getting used to. I've heard some say they don't like his 
hair but I do. Well, I like everything about RP really. I've 
read somewhere that he was having a hard time shaking his 
T-1000 image from T2 so tried to change his appearances for 
various movies. In 'Body Shot' he bleached his hair blond. If 
not for anything else you have to see this for the sexual 
exploits of the lead characters. Wow, they will just rock your 
socks off. I had to rewind the 'ropes' scene back many times - 
wish it went on longer. 


MEMORABLE LINES AND SCENES

Jarvis to Dani 
* " I wanna breath all over you."
* "I don't know about you but I think it's time we made this 
official." Love that pick-up line.
* " So what do you think, your place or mine." 'Mine' said with 
a gorgeous whisper.
* "It's another hemisphere down there, we're a day ahead." 
Gotta see it.
* "You're gonna love New Mexico" You have to see it!
Jarvis: "You're hitting my weak spot."
Dani: "My god. It's a big one."
Jarvis: "Yeah, well it's got a mind of its own."
Love the 'ropes' scene. I want to touch him there.


END THOUGHTS

Not everyone will like this movie. I've heard some comments 
about it being cr** but it's worth viewing a couple of times 
before making a firm decision. Robert Patrick gets a lot of 
exposure LOL in this movie so it's a definite go for that 
collection.
